Before your order leaves our warehouse, we follow a rigorous fulfillment workflow to ensure accuracy and quality:
Order Confirmation: Immediately after placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details, including estimated processing time.
Processing Time: Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing may extend to 3–5 business days due to high order volumes. If you require expedited handling, please contact us at customer@codesparkler.com before ordering (extra fees may apply).
Packaging: We use eco-friendly and durable packaging to protect items during transit. Each product is wrapped in tissue paper to prevent creases. Bulk orders are shipped in reinforced cartons with bubble wrap for extra protection.

4. Shipping Fees
We offer two main shipping fee options: standard and free shipping.
Orders over $90 USD (excluding taxes and surcharges) qualify for free standard shipping as a token of our appreciation.
Orders under $90 USD will incur a flat $8 USD shipping fee.

Lost Packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the item, check with neighbors or your local post office. If still missing, contact us within 10 business days after the delivery date with your order number—we’ll investigate and issue a replacement or full refund (including shipping) if confirmed lost
Damaged Items: If your package arrives visibly damaged or contains damaged items, take photos before opening and email us within 3 business days. Include your order number and description. We’ll issue a replacement or refund and may request return shipping (we’ll cover return costs)
