Codesparkler proudly offers shipping to a wide range of countries and regions, focusing on reliable delivery to major global markets. 

2.  Order Processing & Preparation

Before your order leaves our warehouse, we follow a rigorous fulfillment workflow to ensure accuracy and quality:

Order Confirmation: Immediately after placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details, including estimated processing time.

Processing Time: Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing may extend to 3–5 business days due to high order volumes. If you require expedited handling, please contact us at customer@codesparkler.com before ordering (extra fees may apply).
Quality Control: Every item undergoes thorough inspection before packaging to ensure it meets our standards, checking sizing, color, fabric condition, and hardware like zippers and buttons.

Packaging: We use eco-friendly and durable packaging to protect items during transit. Each product is wrapped in tissue paper to prevent creases. Bulk orders are shipped in reinforced cartons with bubble wrap for extra protection.

3.  Shipping Methods & Carriers

To guarantee reliable delivery, we partner with leading international logistics providers known for their global coverage and tracking capabilities. Your shipping carrier will depend on your destination, package weight, and selected shipping speed.

4.  Shipping Fees

We offer two main shipping fee options: standard and free shipping.

Orders over $90 USD (excluding taxes and surcharges) qualify for free standard shipping as a token of our appreciation.

Orders under $90 USD will incur a flat $8 USD shipping fee.

5.  Delivery Timeframes

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and dispatched (i.e., after 1–3 business days of handling).

USA & Canada: 7–12 business days
UK, France, Italy, Germany: 5–9 business days
Switzerland: 6–10 business days
Japan: 7–11 business days
South Korea: 6–10 business days
Other areas: 8–15 business days

5.2 Express Shipping (Optional)

Expedited shipping is available for urgent orders at an additional cost (calculated at checkout):
USA & Canada: 3–5 business days
UK, France, Italy, Germany: 2–4 business days
Switzerland: 3–5 business days
Japan & South Korea: 2–4 business days
Other  areas: 3–6 business days

5.3 Factors Affecting Delivery

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:
Customs clearance delays: May extend delivery by 1–7 business days
Public holidays: Delivery unavailable during local holidays in the destination country
Weather disruptions: Severe conditions may impact logistics
Peak seasons: Increased demand during holidays (e.g., Christmas) may delay transit

6.  Tracking Your Shipment

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also log in to your Codesparkler account to view order history and tracking updates.
Tracking Activation: May take up to 24–48 hours post-shipment
Delivery Alerts: Most carriers offer SMS/email notifications
No Tracking Updates: If tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, contact us at customer@codesparkler.com with your order number

7.  Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders go through customs clearance in the destination country, which may incur additional charges (e.g., duties, import taxes).
Why Fees Apply: Customs policies vary; fees often depend on item value, type, and origin country (e.g., VAT in the EU, duties in the US)
Estimating Charges: Visit your country’s customs website or use an online calculator. You can also contact your local customs office with the order details
Refused Deliveries: If you refuse to pay duties and the package is returned to us, we’ll refund the product price minus the original shipping and return costs

8.  Address Accuracy & Changes

Providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout is crucial to avoid delivery issues.
Address Requirements: Include street, house/apartment number, city, postal code, and country. Follow local formatting conventions (e.g., Japan uses postal codes before city)
Change Requests: To update your address, contact us ASAP via customer@codesparkler.com. Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
Undeliverable Packages: If marked "undeliverable" due to address errors or refusal, the item will return to our warehouse. You’ll be notified and can choose reshipment (at your cost) or a refund minus the original shipping fee.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Items

We take full responsibility for ensuring your order arrives safely, but rare issues may arise during shipping.

Lost Packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the item, check with neighbors or your local post office. If still missing, contact us within 10 business days after the delivery date with your order number—we’ll investigate and issue a replacement or full refund (including shipping) if confirmed lost

Damaged Items: If your package arrives visibly damaged or contains damaged items, take photos before opening and email us within 3 business days. Include your order number and description. We’ll issue a replacement or refund and may request return shipping (we’ll cover return costs)
Severe Delays: If delivery exceeds 7 business days (standard) or 3 business days (express) beyond expected, reach out for assistance. Resolution options may include partial shipping refunds, future discounts, or free replacement shipping 

10.  Seasonal & Peak Periods

During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, summer sales), carriers may face surges in volume, causing delays.
Extended Processing & Shipping: Order handling may take 3–5 days, and deliveries may be delayed 2–4 days
